The British School

The British School Kathmandu (TBS) is a distinguished international school located in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal. Established in 1966 to serve the British expatriate community, TBS has since evolved into a diverse, inclusive institution, educating over 500 students from more than 40 nationalities .​

As a fee-paying, not-for-profit school, TBS offers a comprehensive British-style education from Foundation 1 through to A Levels. The curriculum integrates the English National Curriculum with the International Primary Curriculum, alongside Cambridge International Examinations and Edexcel syllabi for IGCSEs and A Levels .
