College of Development Studies (CDS) is located in Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. Established in 2006, CDS is a privately owned institution affiliated with Purbanchal University (PU)1. It is the first institution in Nepal to offer a Master in Development Studies (MDevS). CDS aims to produce change agents for society who can comprehend development problems and contribute to societal and economic development. The college follows a participatory learning approach, blending theory with practice, and includes frequent field visits, seminars, discussions, and workshops to help students understand real-world scenarios
