School of Health Science (SOHS) in Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal, is a constituent school of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). Established in 1997, it is the first institution in Nepal to produce certificate-level professionals for the health sector2.

History: Initially the Institute of Medicine ANM campus Bharatpur, renovated by the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
Programs Offered: Certificate-level courses in seven distinct health science disciplines: General Medicine, Medical Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy, Ophthalmic Science, Diagnostic Radiography, Physiotherapy, and Dental Science.
Management: Managed by a School Management Board chaired by the Chief District Officer of Chitwan.
Vision: To be recognized as a "Centre of Excellence" in producing competent health professionals in Nepal.
Mission: To produce a skilled and confident health workforce essential for the promotion and development of quality health services in Nepal.
